Bible Study Training Webinars

You’re interested in starting a team Bible study. Now what? How do you invite teammates? What study do you choose? What skills do you need as a Bible study leader?

The following four webinars are aimed at helping athletes, just like you, lead a Bible study with their teammates.

Think ahead 10 years from now. You’ve graduated. Maybe your coaching. Maybe working in the “real world.” But there are freshman showing up to your alma mater and stepping into the same locker room you once used. Who will show them the love of Jesus? If they have questions about faith, where will they go? Who will they talk to? That’s what’s at stake. Yes, your current teammates will benefit from this—and they are the ones motivating you to start this. But starting a Bible study on your team leaves a legacy that extends beyond your time on your team. It has the potential to extend 5, 10, maybe even 15 years later as athletes pass it down to the next faithful person.

Lasting legacies are left through people, not stats.

And it all starts with one person willing to take a step of faith, a risk, and see what God does with it. Are you ready?

How do you ensure your Bible study gets up and running? How do you invite your teammates into that space? This is the first in a multi webinar series aimed at helping athletes launch and lead Bible studies on their teams.

What type of Bible study should you choose for your team? Brian shares the different options available. All of the suggested studies are available on the Ao1 Life App.
